Throughout his career, Russ has held key roles including Account Executive, Business Development Leader, Regional Director, Vice President of Global Sales, and Chief Commercial Officer. He’s been called on to revitalize underperforming teams and drive results in some of the most complex and highly regulated markets, including state and federal government verticals.
Guided by the principles of leaders like Jocko Willink, Marcus Aurelius, and Warren Buffett, Russ brings a philosophy grounded in discipline, strategic thinking, and long-term value creation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and an MBA with an emphasis in Leadership.
At the core of Russ’s approach is a commitment to truly understanding customer needs, applying a proven sales methodology, and becoming a trusted advisor. His competitive edge extends beyond the boardroom—he’s an avid golfer, hockey player, and recent pickleball enthusiast. Russ lives in Mesa, Arizona with his wife of 20 years, Jen, and their four daughters.
